Eligibility and Account Requirements
The Service is available to users of all ages. No account registration is required for standard calculator use. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or that you are using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable local, state, provincial, and federal laws.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNOWDAYCALCULATOR.IO AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DECISIONS MADE BASED ON PREDICTIONS, MISSED SCHOOL OR WORK, TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Indemnification

Service Availability and User Submissions
Forecast providers, hosting systems, and network connections may be interrupted, delayed, or changed without notice. A calculator result may therefore be unavailable or based on the latest data the provider returned. You are responsible for checking the displayed location, units, forecast time, and assumptions before using an output. Do not use automated access in a way that burdens the service or circumvents technical controls.
If you send feedback, corrections, or ideas, you retain ownership of your original submission but grant us permission to review, reproduce, and use it as reasonably necessary to respond or improve the Service. Do not submit confidential material or content you lack the right to share. We may remove abusive, unlawful, deceptive, or security-threatening submissions.
Interpretation of these Terms
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
